This is an International ferry port and if your ship is travelling to an international destination, you will be able to buy duty free goods on board. You will not be able to buy tax-free or duty free goods if your ferry is a domestic sailing, within the same country.

The Clipper Ferry runs from Seattle in The USA to Vancouver Island in Canada, this is an internernational crossing and duty free shopping is available on board ship. Other Ferry lines operating from western Canada to the USA include Black Ball Ferries, Victoria Express, Washington State Ferries and Victoria San Juan Cruises, all these lines should have duty free shopping facilites on board for these routes.
