HMS Host was a catering Firm owned by the Marriott hotel empire, but has since been separated to operate catering and retail outlets in travel locations. The Italian Company Autogrill now owns the business and has since diversed the catering side from the retail operations. Last year it was announced that World Duty Free (WDF) will take over and manage all the airport retail stores in North America.
